Have attended other ISTE or NECC conferences and always leave with a wealth of information. Looking forward to learning and sharing at ISTE this year.

Hi ~ I'm another newbie. I teach first grade at an independent school in Columbus, OH. I will be going with several teachers from my school but I am looking forward to meeting some of my PLN friends. Right now I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by all of the ISTE offerings, but school ends tomorrow so I will have some time to browse selections more carefully.

I have been to other ISTE or NECC conferences over the years, but never as a connected Tweeter. That adds a level of connectedness that has never been there before.

I'm an ISTE newbie and I am so excited to meet people I learn with each day on Twitter in person!

No, I believe that was the group from Kamehameha Schools. I was with the group from HAIS(Hawaii Association of Independent Schools). Would you like me to bring you a little something? Small suitcase but I think I could squeeze in some nuts or cookies.

JoAnn---Were you with the group that brought the leis, macadamia nuts, and other treats?

Denver was my first ISTE & I was with a large group from Hawaii but otherwise disconnected. So looking forward to this year and meeting members of my PLN. The experience will be so much richer.

This will be my 4th ISTE. So excited to see old friends again and meeting new ones. Hope all Newbies will stop by the Newbie Lounge (3rd floor) and that conference veterans will spare a few minutes each day there helping make Newbies feel connected.

This will be my 2nd ISTE...however, last year I was not "connected" and therefore flew solo for the full week. I am looking forward to meeting and connecting much more this year.
