Many schools are implementing, or deciding to implement, BYOD/BYOT programs. I think this is a great idea as it teaches students how to use their personal devices to supplement/enhance their learning. I still think there are schools that may not support such a program due to cell phone/device restrictions. What is the philosophy of your school regarding BYOT? I reviewed the link and it has excellent activities for students. I plan to use the link to extend learning beyond a textbook. When we make learning more meaningful and apply to the students' own world, then they are more engaged and learning can be fun.
