Teaching kids to work as a team

We as Human beings are always in groups. Be it at work or even at home in families. There is always adjustment, understanding, team work, sharing etc that is required in terms of surviving in these social groups. We need to inculcate a good habit of being part of groups and learning how to deal with groups to kids right from the beginning. More focused should be given to group games and team activities amongst kids.See More

Child care centers focus on a kids overall development. They need to lay emphasis on all those qualities required in a child by their parents. They act like dummy parents for the kids. They need to focus on problem solving, decision making, self help, communication, adjustment etc. Interpersonal skill like communication is also important. These are the key elements which contribute to a childs development, self esteem and confidence. See More
