My Journey As a Teacher Leader...Baby steps!

I just read our Teacher's Working Condition Survey results from the 2011-2012 school year and found that 50% of our teachers feel that they need more training in the area of gifted education in order to meet the needs of gifted learners in the classroom. I consider this a large number considering we have 21 teachers in grades k-6.
