This video is titled The Virtual Classroom: Online Learning.  The 21st century learners and educators are building a community of learners by using real time learning to excel in academics.  The students are connecting to the world by using the online classroom and also involved in face to face classrooms to meet all student learning needs.  The Florida Virtual School and the West Virginia Virtual Schools are leaders for the learners and to model excellent virtual schools for the entire nation.  Online learners need to be self-motivated and online dialogue by using real time videos will assist with the social environment for these online programs.
